We are seeking a talented HR Assistant with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our team on-site in Flourtown, OA. Job Title: HR Assistant
Location: Flourtown, PA
Salary: $40,000 - $45,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Administrative Support: Provide comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
  • Recruitment Assistance: Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing resumes, conducting initial screenings, and coordinating interviews.
  • Employee Onboarding: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
  • HR Database Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases. Ensure compliance with data protection regulations.
  • Benefits Administration: Support the administration of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Employee Relations: Assist in addressing employee queries and concerns, fostering a positive work environment, and contributing to employee engagement initiatives.
  • Policy Compliance: Ensure adherence to HR policies and procedures, keeping abreast of changes in labor laws and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR roles, with a strong emphasis on administrative tasks.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
  • Administrative Skills: Proven proficiency in administrative tasks, including scheduling, document management, and record-keeping.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with employees at all levels.
  • Detail-Oriented: Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Team Player: Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented setting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
