Human Resources Assistant

Summary/Objective

FEI is a dynamic organization that has lines of business in Distribution, Manufacturing, and Service, which all primarily serve the agriculture and energy industries.

The Human Resources assistant will perform administrative duties related to the operations of the HR function. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with the desire for an HR career, with the potential for growth.

Reports to
Director of Human Resources

Essential Functions:

• Perform full-cycle recruiting, including job description development; requisition management; applicant tracking; and candidate correspondence.
• Hone application submission process to ensure positive candidate experience.
• Create and maintain appropriate social media presence (LinkedIn, Handshake, etc.).
• Conduct onboarding process for new hires, including offer letter creation; personnel file management; and orientation.
• Complete special projects as assigned.
