Team Member/Customer Service

Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers and ensuring their satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Below are the specific requirements for this position.

• Candidate must be computer literate. Must have very strong computer skills.
• Candidate must have prior 3PL CSR experience.
• Candidate should have prior experience working in a Warehouse Management system , preferably “Zethcon Synapses”
• Candidate needs to be able to communicate and fully understand English . Bilingual is a plus.
• Candidate must be dependable and punctual for shift times.
• Candidate must be able to communicate both via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Work hours can be flexible either 7am-3:30pm or 8am-4:30Pm Monday – Friday.
• Candidate must be able to work overtime when required. (Not required very often).
• Candidate must be able to multitask.
• Candidate must be able to work independently once trained.
• Candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and be detailed oriented.
• Candidate must be able to work in a high volume and demanding environment.
• Candidate must have a can-do attitude.
• Starting pay for this position is $18-$20 per hour.

Note: This is a customer service rep position. This is not a call center. Associate will be entering and printing orders from our WMS system.
