Collective is looking for an HR and Office Coordinator. This position will be responsible for daily activities to keep the office running efficiently and HR tasks to help the team reach their goals.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Coverage of the front desk
- Answering calls, unlocking doors, greeting guests
- Manage inventory of office supplies
- Complete HRIS audits
- Document management and organization
- Support on- and off-boarding
- Assist with talent acquisition
- Review candidates and schedule phone screens
- Assist with data entry
- Support HR compliance
EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE
- HR degree or 1 year of relevant experience
- Valid driver’s license
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to self-motivate
- Strong verbal and written communication
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
