Office Assistant | $18-$21/Hr. | Fargo

A local property management company is looking to add to their office staff-primary duties include answering and directing phone calls, greeting and assisting walk in traffic, collecting credit/apartment applications, scheduling apartment showings, and doing data entry. Additionally, this person will be responsible for collecting monthly rent–mileage reimbursement provided in between locations! Ideal candidates will be proficient on computers, and familiar with Microsoft Office programs. Candidates must be friendly, reliable, and capable of upholding a high level of confidentiality–ability to wear multiple hats and multitask is critical! Hours are Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm, with occasional weekend work required. Pay starts at $18 - $21/hr. and excellent benefits are offered.
