- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Must have good organizational and time management skills
- Must be able to work well with management and employees
- Ability to work independently and efficiently
- Technical skills necessary: use of 10 key-by-touch and Microsoft Office
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Recruitment support: post job ads, screen resumes and job applications, schedule interviews, assist with background checks
- Onboarding: Orient new hires - take care of new hire paperwork, review company policies and handbook
- Record-keeping: maintain accurate and up-to date employee records
- Benefits administration: assist with employee benefits programs such as medical, dental, 401(k), employee discounts/
- Employee relations: assist with handling employee complaints and grievances
- Process payroll tasks: calculating total wages, withholding deductions, delivering payment
- Performance management: support in preparing employee action reports and other documents relating to employee advancements, reassignments, suspension, resignation, retirement.
- Process employees personal time-off and, time and attendance records
- Administer employee uniforms program
- Assisting the HR Manager with other administrative tasks, as needed

PAY: $23.00/hour
SCHEDULE: Monday through Friday
