Job Description
• Product ordering and merchandising for store (Keeping shelves stocked, presentable,
and bringing in new merchandise).
• Assist with implementing policies and procedures. (new and old)
• Assist with training of new employees (Coffee training, how to run the register, opening
and closing procedures, pricing, and product placement).
• Packing up and shipping out mail order done via our website.
• Ability to problem solve (Address employee and customer concerns, in absence
of/with help of General Manager).
• Build customer and vendor relations.
• Fill in for General Manager in times of absence. (Make executive decisions and provide
accountability ( Bank runs, Merchandise drop offs between stores).
• Provide direction to staff for tasks and projects handed down from GM or as you see
fit.
• Email and phone correspondence.
• Provides and encourages a positive environment for teamwork, mutual respect, and
morale.
• Demonstrates decision-making ability, leadership skills, and ability to prioritize and
delegate.
• Proficiency with email, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)
• Desire to mentor others and capable of teaching others in a positive and constructive
manner.
• High energy, great customer service, interpersonal, and motivational teambuilding
skills.
• Familiarity with liquor commission laws, and Food handling safety.
• Product knowledge.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Liquor commission Card (Purple)
• Hawaii Food handlers’ card
• Proof of Vaccination
• Minimum of 3 years Retail experience.
• 2+ Years Management/Supervisor experience.
• Open flexibility (nights, weekends, holidays, etc.
