HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OA)

You will serve as a HUMAN RESOURCES ASSISTANT (OFFICE AUTOMATION) in the CNIC HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICES (HRO) of COMMANDER NAVY REGION HAWAII.Qualifications:GS-06: Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-05 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Provide advisory services to employees and management on employee relations processes and procedures; 2) Entering and correcting HUMAN RESOURCES data within automated systems; 3) resolve civilian HUMAN RESOURCES issues; and 4) assist employee relations specialist with disciplinary action documents/reports. NOTE: Experience must be fully supported in your resume to be considered for this position.
GS-05: Your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-04 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Extracting and entering data into automated database systems; 2) Reviewing employee relations documents for completeness and compliance with established guidelines, and 3) Providing assistance to employee relations specialist by preparing documents and correspondence.
