We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Director to join our team. As an Assistant Director, you will play a key role in supporting the Director in managing the operations and administration of our organization. Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director in overseeing the day-to-day operations of the organization
- Collaborate with staff members to develop and implement strategic plans and goals
- Manage and supervise staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders, including parents, students, and community members
- Support the Director in evaluating program effectiveness and making necessary improvements
- Participate in strategic planning initiatives to drive organizational growth
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Education Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an educational setting
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
