Top Care Support is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Bilingual HR & Staffing Coordinator Assistant. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our Human Resources and Staffing departments, ensuring smooth and effective operations.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting initial screenings.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates.
- Assist with employee orientation and training programs.
- Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
- Assist with employee evaluations and performance management processes.
- Support HR sourcing efforts by researching and identifying potential candidates.
- Assist with workforce management tasks, such as scheduling and timekeeping.
- Handle employee inquiries and provide information on HR policies and procedures..
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate HR databases.
- Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned.
Experience:
-Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is mandatory.
- Experience working with individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities
- Previous experience in an HR role or related field preferred.
- Knowledge of HR practices, policies, and procedures.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
