Our client underwent a successful transition to ADP Workforce Now. They are seeking a highly skilled HR Analyst to join their Human Resources team and play a pivotal role in auditing, optimizing, and maintaining employee data within the ADP Workforce Now system.

 

Job Overview: As an HR Analyst specializing in ADP Workforce Now, you will be responsible for auditing and fine-tuning employee data, ensuring accuracy, and providing support to the HR department. Your expertise in Excel and experience with balance sheets will be crucial for analyzing and presenting HR metrics.

 

Key Responsibilities:

1. Data Auditing and Validation:

· Conduct thorough audits of employee data in ADP Workforce Now to ensure accuracy and compliance.

· Collaborate with HR and IT teams to resolve any discrepancies and maintain data integrity.

2. ADP Workforce Now Optimization:

· Utilize advanced features of ADP Workforce Now to optimize HR processes.

· Fine-tune system configurations to align with organizational needs and improve overall efficiency.

3. Excel Data Analysis:

· Utilize advanced Excel functions to analyze HR metrics, generate reports, and present findings.

· Assist in preparing and analyzing balance sheets related to HR data.

4. Continuous Improvement:

· Identify opportunities for process improvement within ADP Workforce Now and HR workflows.

· Implement solutions to enhance the overall functionality and effectiveness of the system.

5. Daily/General HR Support:

· Provide ongoing support to the HR department with daily tasks post-conversion.

· Collaborate with HR team members to address general inquiries and support HR initiatives.

 

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.

· Proven experience with ADP Workforce Now

· Implementation and optimization experience is highly preferred

· Strong proficiency in Excel, including advanced functions and data analysis.

· Familiarity with balance sheets and financial data analysis.

· Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy.
