As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for processing payroll accurately and efficiently while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations. Reporting to the Payroll Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining payroll records, resolving payroll-related issues, and supporting payroll reporting and analysis.

Payroll Analyst Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in payroll processing or related role, preferably in a healthcare or nonprofit setting.
- Strong understanding of payroll regulations, tax laws, and compliance requirements.
- Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Excel; experience with UKG payroll software = major plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and calculations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve payroll issues.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Payroll Analyst Responsibilities:
- Process payroll for employees accurately and in a timely manner using payroll software.
- Review and verify timekeeping records and resolve discrepancies as needed.
- Calculate and process payroll adjustments, including bonuses, commissions, and deductions.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations and tax requirements.
- Reconcile payroll data to general ledger accounts and resolve discrepancies.
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll issues, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Assist with payroll reporting and analysis, including preparing payroll reports and reconciliations.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to ensure accurate employee data and payroll processing.
