The Senior Human Resource (HR) Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting SCB’s Human Capital Consultants collecting, analyzing, and interpreting data related to various HR functions. This position involves a combination of analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a strong understanding of Human Resources principles. The Senior Human Resource (HR) Analyst collaborates with HR professionals, management, and other stakeholders to provide valuable insights that inform decision-making processes and contribute to the overall effectiveness of the organization.
To ensure success as our Senior Human Resource (HR) Analyst, you should demonstrate extensive experience as a project analyst and the ability to provide leadership and guidance. An outstanding project analyst will be someone whose expertise in project management translates into successfully realizing organizational goals and objectives.

- Develop project plans based on logical framework approaches.

- Collect the necessary information required to start projects.
- Maintain current knowledge applicable to each project.
- Maintain accurate record of time, per company guidelines.
Human Capital Project Support
- Data Analysis and Reporting
- Collect, compile, and analyze HR data such as employee demographics, turnover rates, recruitment metrics, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare and present comprehensive reports, dashboards, and visualizations to assist in strategic decision-making.
- Identify trends and patterns in HR data and provide actionable recommendations based on findings.
- Workforce Planning
- Assist in workforce planning efforts by projecting future staffing needs and collaborating with hiring managers to address current and anticipated talent gaps.
- Conduct analysis on workforce demographics and recommend strategies to optimize organizational structure and efficiency.
- Compensation and Benefits Analysis
- Evaluate compensation and benefits programs to ensure competitiveness in the market.
- Conduct salary benchmarking and provide recommendations for adjustments based on industry trends and internal equity considerations.
- Performance Management
- Analyze performance management data to assess the effectiveness of performance appraisal processes.
- Support the development and implementation of performance improvement initiatives.
- Compliance and Policy Analysis
- Stay informed about changes in employment laws and regulations.
- Conduct audits to ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
- HR Technology and Systems
- Collaborate with the IT department to optimize HR information systems and tools.
- Provide training and support to HR staff on the use of HR technology.
- Ad Hoc Projects
- Participate in special projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and practices.
KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED:
These are some of the required skills and experiences you’ll need for success in this role:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field., business administration, or a related discipline.
- 5-10 years experience in Human Capital/Human Resources.
- Proven experience in HR analytics or a related analytical role.
- Strong understanding of project management and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and follow-through abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in project management software.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
