Hr Analyst

Ultimate Staffing is hiring for a Human Resources Analyst in Baltimore, Maryland! This is a full time, in-person, direct hire position. Key Responsibilities

• Assist the Human Resources team with hiring, onboarding, and compliance
• Work directly in the HRIS system to pull and analyze reports
• Data analysis and supporting activities
• Respond to HR inquiries, assist with communication of employee requests
• Work collaboratively with the HR team to achieve results related to company initiatives

Qualifications

• The ideal candidate should be proficient in office software and possess excellent communication skills
• At least 1 year of experience working in a Human Resources department
• Proficiency in Workday or another HRIS system
• Comfortable working in HRIS system, teams, outlook, zoom, excel, onenote
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks with a high degree of accuracy

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field

Compensation

• This is an hourly position paying $25/hr with regular overtime potential
