JOB OVERVIEW:
The HR Administrator supports activities for all Human Resources initiatives across all SRG brands (Eddie V's, The Capital Grille/Burger, Seasons 52, and Yard House & Bahama Breeze). The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting administrative duties for all brands New Restaurant Openings, scheduling and coordinating HR meetings and events, assisting with administrative new hire processes, paradox and electronic onboarding assistance, HR reporting and tracking for staffing, turnover succession planning, and any other HR reporting needed. Assists in all special projects and other duties as assigned for the Human Recourses and Training Teams as needed.
PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Expert level understanding of all Talent Related Systems - understands, teaches and supports operators with the Talent Acquisition system, PeopleSoft and Onboarding by responding to daily questions and inquiries
- Posts operations Ad request for all brands, review staffing needs, applicant flow and previously posted Ads before posting to ensure true need of Ad
- Manage and update all frontline hiring material, including the career website
- Plan, develop, and implement local area specific frontline recruitment strategies
- Develop and establish new and creative recruiting strategies that drives increased candidate flow
- Provide TAS support to operations and frontline candidates
- Input all new manager hires into People Soft, create offer letters, coordinate any MIT shipping, send out invites for MIT Classrooms and receptions
- Monitor candidate background checks and drug testing
- Support I-9 compliance
- krowD upload requests for all brands, maintains or replaces documents based on expiration notifications for all brands and all departments
- Assist with booking meeting space, catering orders, reservations, presentations and collateral preparation for HR/TR meetings, developmental sessions and events including MIT reception execution
- Administrative support for frontline NRO process
- Administrative support of annual GM.MP conference for all brands
- Administrative assistance of the talent review process for all brands
- Halo support for all brands, swag site management, special order requests and provides operations support for orders and troubleshooting when in need
- Maintains SRG Training/HR Shared Drive for organization and up to date documentation
- Other duties as assigned
- 0-5% - travel between local restaurants, conferences or other meetings.
REQUIRED TECHNICAL SKILLS:
- Advanced computer skills in MS Word, Excel, Power Point, and Outlook
- Competent in Applicant Tracking System (TAS)
- Competent in navigation and use of Social Media sites, such as, Facebook, Snapchat, Instagram, Google+, Twitter, and future platforms

- Exceptional telephone manner at all times, to include a warm, caring, and professional approach with all callers, and willingness to spend large quantities of time on the phone
