Job Overview
DWI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Human Resource practices that align with our organizational goals. Work Schedule
8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. May require additional hours to meet specific job demands.
Key Responsibilities
- Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the HR department, aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.
- Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
- Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a supportive work environment.
- Compliance Management: Stay updated on HR laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance. Mitigate risks and maintain legal standards.
- Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs, working closely with the finance and administration departments.
- Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
