Job Overview

DWI is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources Director to lead our HR department. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in shaping and executing Human Resource practices that align with our organizational goals. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to a positive workplace culture, talent acquisition, and employee development.

Work Schedule

8 am-5 pm, Monday-Friday. May require additional hours to meet specific job demands.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Provide strategic direction for the HR department, aligning HR practices with organizational objectives.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: Oversee the recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top talent. Develop and implement effective training and development programs.
• Employee Relations: Foster positive employee relations, address grievances, and ensure a supportive work environment.
• Compliance Management: Stay updated on HR laws and regulations, ensuring the organization's compliance. Mitigate risks and maintain legal standards.
• Benefits Administration: Manage employee benefit programs, working closely with the finance and administration departments.
• Performance Management: Implement performance management systems to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
• Proven experience as an HR Director or in a similar senior HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and industry trends.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
