- Will maintain knowledge of state and federal law requirements

- Will maintain an effective level of business literacy about the business financial position relative to Talent Management needs.
- Provides HR-related trainings to field managers as needed
- Conduct gap engagement surveys and articulate cultural points using analytics
- Conduct salary and compensation analysis
- Serve as primary point of contact for all HR-related duties in new acquisitions
- Provide guidance to employees with leave of absence requests, including FMLA
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues. Conducts effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
- Provides guidance and input on business unit restructures, workforce planning and succession planning.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
- 5 -7 years in a Senior Generalist role or Senior Organizational Development Role
- Bachelors Degree in Human Resources or Organizational Development preferred
- Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
- Ability to build relationships that foster trust and credibility
- Excellent coaching and feedback skills
- Solid experience consulting with executives and managers on real-time problems
- Ability to work on different types of work rapidly; ability to pivot quickly
- Skilled presenter, facilitator, and communicator
- Ability to design and execute on projects
- Ability to travel 50% to 75% if needed
