Responsibilities:
- Developing and executing HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
- Support elements of the onboarding process with new hires.
- Developing and administering employee benefits and compensation programs.
- Manage our SOP/Policy library.
- Providing guidance and coaching to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
- Collaborating with senior leadership to develop workforce planning strategies and organizational development initiatives.
- Implementing HRIS systems and tools to streamline HR processes and improve data accuracy and reporting.
- Optimizing Payroll and ATS software systems
- Help run payroll as needed.
Requirements:
- Degree in a field relevant to Human Resources preferred
- Experience in the hospitality industry preferred
- PHR, SHRM-CP or equivalent HR certification preferred
- 5+ years of experience working in an people operations team with a full HR tech stack (HRIS+ATS+LMS+Doc Hub+PM software)
