- Coach and advise managers on appropriate resolution of employee-related concerns in accordance with company policies and regulatory guidance; mediate and resolve complex employee issues.
- Coach leaders in change management strategies for major initiatives. Act as a change agent to maximize results while minimizing negative impact on our employee experience.
- Proactively identifies workforce trends and provides relevant business insights, using data, tools, analytics and resources, taking action(s) as necessary.
- Leverage metrics and analytics data to understand key opportunity areas and work to develop strategic plans to mitigate them.
- Partner with the COEs & People Solutions teams to deliver customized programs and services to client groups in the areas of: Total Rewards, Talent Development, Talent Management, Performance Management, Employee Relations, and Talent Acquisition.
- Participate in planning and leading of the performance review, potential, development planning and succession planning processes and translate business and personnel development needs into HR requirements.
- Participate in global HR initiatives that require taking the lead on HR projects within business groups.
- Collaborate with leaders on organizational design, ensuring spans, layers and deployment is optimal to accomplish team objectives.
- Work closely with recruiting teams to resource and meet staffing needs while ensuring a talented and diverse workforce.
- Review/approve or create job descriptions; provide information to compensation teams regarding salary reviews, employee promotions, and procedures for global Total Rewards programs. Consults on compensation actions and decisions. Interfaces with People Solutions to ensure actions are operationalized.
- Oversees employee offboarding (e.g. reductions in force, significant separations).
- Works closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention.
- Provides HR policy guidance and interpretation.
- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree required.
- Specialization in Human Resources, Business or similar field, however, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration.
- 5-7 years of working knowledge of practices and principles of HR including but not limited to, compensation practices, organizational diagnosis, talent and performance management, and development.
- Experience resolving complex people related issues
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Periodic travel may be required (approximately 20%).
