The HR Business Partner (HRBP) will provide strategic HR leadership and manage human resources activities for a specific location(s). This individual will drive organizational capability within the assigned plant site to help meet growth and productivity goals. This position will lead and execute critical HR processes for recruitment, selection, talent management, onboarding, benefits administration, development, documentation, and succession planning. This position spans more than one area of functional specialization within the human resources function, such as compensation, benefits, employee relations, payroll, recruiting and training.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Partner with plant managers to develop organizational strategies and ensure organizational capability
- Ensure assigned manufacturing plants have the resource capability and bench strength to achieve business goals and growth strategies
- Provide leadership, guidance, and counsel to leaders on matters related to talent, organizational change, and human capital
- Provide thought leadership to leadership teams to ensure understanding and execution of strategic plans and HR strategies
- Actively participates in the development of long- and short-term strategic plans and ensures alignment of HR strategies in support of company goals. Supports programs, policies, and procedures with operations leadership
- Develop an HR plan aligned with business objectives to include organizational design, succession planning, talent management, goal alignment, and communications
- Support critical HR processes, which include staffing, employee and labor relations, Talent Review process, Performance Review process, compensation processes, benefits administration, onboarding, and other relevant HR initiatives
- Partners with the Safety Team on HSE activities & ensures associates are working safely
- Maintain accuracy of HRIS system by inputting updates in a timely fashion to ensure data integrity
- Collaborates closely with plant manager and provides direction for Workforce Development (WFD) strategy ensuring training in all functional areas is carried out with fidelity to align with ISO/IATF certification standards as well as company goals and objectives
- Collaborates with production and quality departments to develop and maintain WFD programs and related training materials, practices, procedures, and records
- Effectively communicates across all levels of the organization to meet weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual goals and deadlines
- Effectively communicates company policies and procedures
- Improves job knowledge by attending training and keeping relevant knowledge and skills current
- Demonstrates organizational skills by working independently and with a team and by effectively delegating workload and responsibilities
- Contributes to organization success by meeting team and company goals
- Follows all quality system and safety protocols by safely operating equipment, wearing proper protective equipment (PPE), completing safety training, keeping work areas clean and organized, and contributing to established safety goals
The ideal candidate must possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or Business-related field
- PHR or SHRM certification a plus
- 5+ years of experience demonstrating increasing responsibility as an HRBP
- Project leadership and management and high-volume recruiting
- Experience managing the total employee life cycle
- Experience in employee engagement in a manufacturing environment
- Experience utilizing HRIS system (ADP, Paycor, etc.)
- Strong oral and written communication skills with multilingual capabilities a plus
- Ability to work with all levels in an organization
- Demonstrated ability to execute successfully on initiatives as well as tactical tasks
- Strong professional maturity/judgment and accustomed to dealing with confidential situations
- Ability to generate alternative solutions from diverse opinions
- Strong customer and results orientation
- Ability to adapt to changes in the external environment and the organization
- Demonstrated change management skills
- Demonstrated ability to successfully manage multiple projects from conception to completion in a fast-paced, team environment
- Ability to work across teams, departments, and businesses
- HR analytic capability a plus
