Provides direct support to the CLI HR Department in the day to day coordination, execution, and implementation of all the human resources functions.
RESPONSIBILITIES (other duties may be assigned)
1. Provides administrative support to the CLI HR Team, including maintaining accurate employee files.
2. Provides high quality customer service as the point of contact for employees / applicants and triage calls related to human resources.
3. Facilitates the Leave of Absence (LOA), Short Tem Disability (STD) and Workers Compensations process by collaborating with the Sheetz Leave of Absence and Legal Teams.
4. Assists with administration of the Talent Acquisition process, including the recruitment and tracking of candidates.
5. Assists with the resolution and response to employee issues on a daily basis.
6. Supports new hire onboarding and coordination of ongoing training programs and events for employees.
7. Assists with human resources related report preparation and delivery, including financial reports.
8. Assists with special projects as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred
Experience
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in Human Resources or related field preferred
Licenses/Certifications
• PHR Certification or SHRM-CP preferred
