The HR Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the Human Resources and training departments by performing various administrative tasks related to personnel management, employee records, HR processes, and orientation and training. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a good understanding of HR functions.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Assists in the creation and maintenance of Human Resources forms or documents.
- Onboard new employees by scheduling orientations or training sessions and ensuring a seamless integration into the company culture.
- Maintains a consolidated calendar of training courses or events and coordinates the use of facilities or equipment.
- Notifies attendees of training sessions, registers participants, and maintains records of attendance. Distributes materials to attendees.
- Answers questions about training course offerings and may assist trainees in date selection for training classes.
- Manage employee records and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
- Support HR operations, including benefits administration, employee relations, performance management, and HRIS maintenance.
- Processes employee status changes or benefits enrollments; maintains records of completed transactions
- Inputs HR-related data and compiles standard reports for management review.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with various departments to address HR-related queries and provide guidance on HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR information with discretion.
