- Northeimer which offers a full line of solutions ranging from simple discrete harnesses to complex cable assemblies, as well as comprehensive product builds including elements such as enclosures, machined parts, and graphics, is looking for a Part Time HR Administrative Assistant. The HR Administrative Assistant (part-time)- will assist with various areas within Human Resources such as, but not limited to recruiting, on boarding, administrative tasks. This position will require the individual to be highly organized, possess a “can-do” attitude, and possess great problem solving and communication skills. This person must have the ability to multi-task and enjoy the challenges of assisting a great organization of talented individuals.
Responsibilities:
- Assist new hire on boarding paperwork organization
- Assist with posting of new job ads
- Evaluate applicants and candidates at the early stages of the selection process
- Conduct phone screens and schedule candidates for in-person interviews
- Answer phones and assist with general phone inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Assist with initiating background checks for new hires
- Conduct reference checks prior to the verbal offer of employment to the candidate
- Update vacation tracker
- Support employee recognition
- Support employee feedback
- First point of contact for employee concerns
- Assures competency and discretion regarding financial information
- Assures competency and discretion regarding employee HR information
- Understands and complies with requirements and regulations regarding HR issues
- Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills to efficiently communicate with all personnel
- Understand and have competency in the company information system
- Meet efficiency standards established for responsibilities assinged
- Understand, follow, and support the company's Quality System
- Meet related quality standards
- Understand and comply with safety requirements and instructions

Requirements:
- 2-year college degree
- Strong customer service skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to interact confidently and professionally with all levels of employee throughout the organization
- Enthusiastic, proactive, energetic, professional self-starter with excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Great attention to detail, problem solving skills, organizational and project management skills

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
