Payroll Administrative Assistant
Full-Time 8am – 5pm : Mon. - Fri.
Responsibilities:
· Process weekly payroll, ensuring completeness & accuracy of data along with timeliness of submission.
· Maintains payroll operations by following policies and procedures.
· Contact various departments for any missed times to ensure accuracy.
· Update employee personnel records for medical, dental, vision and disability insurance and other employee benefits.
· Assist employees with questions regarding their pay, deductions and benefits.
· Work in conjunction with benefits team to coordinate benefit enrollments, changes and reconciliation of benefit statements.
· Reconcile insurance invoices to ensure the accuracy of payments and employee deductions.

· Functions in a detail oriented, deadline driven, high volume work environment.
· Prioritizes workload, effectively handles multiple tasks, and demonstrates strong communication and organization skills.
· Maintains effectiveness and adapts well to changes in work responsibilities, structures, or processes.
· Ability to logically work through and troubleshoot situations.
· Maintains a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
· Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $43,000.00 - $49,000.00 per year
