```Responsibilities:```
- Primary role is to answer phone/texts/emails regarding scheduling of new potential customers and to schedule these leads wother a teacher
-Proof read documents/posts
- Provide administrative support to the teaching team & students, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and making travel arrangements
- Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Type and distribute correspondence, memos, and other documents
- Act as a personal assistant to the manager, assisting with various tasks as needed
- Maintain an organized filing system for both electronic and physical documents
- Transcribe notes and meeting minutes accurately and efficiently
- Assist with event planning and coordination, including booking venues, arranging catering, and managing RSVPs
- Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies and maintaining office equipment
- Generate/post social media content
```Requirements:```
- Previous experience working in customer service
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in computerized office systems, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic knowledge of how CRM systmes work
- Ability to effectively porgress, needs, and outcomes for ongoing projects
- Experience with music (esp. guitar) is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $16.52 - $17.59 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 18 per week
