Interim HR Recruiter/Coordinator- On-Site- Arizona
American Consultants is looking for an interim HR Recruiter/Coordinator for a facility in Arizona. Please note this is not a remote position, must be able to be onsite. The Interim will travel home every other weekend.
Position Summary-
The HR Recruiter/Coordinator will be responsible for the recruitment cycle for nursing, medical providers (including physicians), nurse practitioners, physician assistants, as well as hard to fill positions. The role requires demonstrated experience developing processes that ensure a positive candidate experience and collaborating with hiring managers, physician leadership, and senior operational leaders in the development of talent pipelines of qualified candidates.
Education-
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Allied Health, Healthcare Administration, with an emphasis in Human Resources.
Experience-
Three years experience in human resources, clinical, public relations, or marketing role in a professional corporate or healthcare environment.
Preferred Qualifications-
- PHR/NACHR, RACR, or other sourcing/recruiting training/certifications
- Two years experience as a recruiter in a healthcare organization
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Ability to speak Navajo, Hopi, or San Juan Southern Paiute would be a bonus.
