We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Brand Manager to join our team. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective marketing strategies to promote our brand and increase brand awareness. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and drive business growth.
```Responsibilities```
- Develop and execute marketing plans and strategies to achieve brand objectives
- Conduct market research to identify consumer trends and competitor activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop brand positioning and messaging
- Manage the development of marketing collateral, including packaging, advertising materials, and digital content
- Monitor and analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities
- Oversee the implementation of marketing campaigns across various channels
- Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of marketing initiatives
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales strategies and promotional activities
- Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in brand management
```Experience```
- Proven experience as a Brand Manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of marketing principles, including market research, consumer behavior, and digital marketing
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire team members
- Experience in training development is a plus

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.25 - $19.00 per hour
