Job Description
HR specialist with extensive experience in healthcare and preferably in the field of residential behavioral health (substance abuse or mental health residential). This opportunity is currently part-time and will become full-time in the future.
***Must reside and have worked in California. Must be very familiar with Los Angeles County employment laws in California.***
Job duties:
- HR responsibilities of up to 42 employees
- performance review of employees
- hire and terminate employees
- manage employee complaints
- make sure that employees are taking required breaks
- discuss performance problems with employees
- ensure employees take appropriate courses for compliance (i.e., harassment training, etc.)
Job Types: Part-time, Full-time
Salary: $50,000.00 - $81,890.76 per year

Experience:
- healthcare: 7 years (Preferred)
- residential behavioral health: 3 years (Preferred)
- Human resources management: 5 years (Required)
