Job brief:
We are looking for an HR Specialist to join our team and mainly focus in Payroll, Benefits, Compensation and other Human Resources functions etc.,
Responsibilities:
· Payroll processing
· Prepare and review compensation and benefits packages
· Administer health and life insurance programs
· Review and Renew Commercial insurance package
· Implement training and development plans
· Plan quarterly and annual performance review sessions
· Inform employees about additional benefits they’re eligible for
· Update employee records with new hire information and/or changes in employment status
· Forecasting hiring needs and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly
· Develop and implement HR policies throughout the organization
· Monitor budgets by department
· Process employees’ queries and respond in a timely manner
· Stay up-to-date and comply with changes in labor legislation
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related field
· Proven 3+ year work experience as HR administrator
· Fluent in both English and Mandarin (highly preferred)
· Knowledge of ADP Workforce Now payroll/human resource system
· Solid understanding of labor legislation

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $72,000.00 per year
