Job Description:
  • Responsible for leading, designing, developing, and delivering talent management programs and strategies that drive employee and organizational performance and enhance effectiveness globally.
  • Primary areas of focus are developing and overseeing the organizational talent management programs related to performance management, succession planning, employee & leadership learning and development, and employee engagement.

*****This role focuses mainly on the following 6 areas: *****
  • Performance Management Process end to end yearend review support.
  • Configuration in Workday for Succession and Assessment (Talent Reviews).
  • Lead the Employee Engagement Survey process with coordination, communication, and action planning.
  • Configure Workday and change comms for Talent Reviews (potential assessment and succession planning).
  • Complete analysis of Talent Metrics. Provide quarterly analysis of Workday TM Dashboard metrics and support the HR leadership team to set benchmarks and targets.
  • Support our Recognition platform and strategy - Achievers.

Major Responsibilities:
Talent Management - 50%
  • Lead and Coordinate the planning, implementation, and maintenance of Succession Planning, High Potential, and Performance Management Programs.
  • Build and sustain collaborative relationships with corporate and regional HR business partners on talent management activities.
  • Establish and maintain metrics for all talent programs to measure results and build accountability.
  • Analyzes and evaluates data.
  • Support the Employee Engagement Survey process with coordination, communication, and action planning.
  • Provide support for developing, facilitating, and optimizing talent management presentations, templates, and materials for projects and programs.

Learning and Development - Curriculum Development - 25%
  • Conduct needs assessment on an ongoing basis to determine the skills and knowledge necessary to support strategic objectives.
  • Design and implement effective learning programs to meet organizational needs.
  • Create effective learning & development campaigns to engage learners and build a culture of learning.

Learning and Development - Facilitation - 15%
  • Deliver training in a classroom, video, or web-based delivery medium.
  • Conduct engaging demonstrations and exercises.
  • Maintain a professionally structured class environment

Learning and Development - LMS, Process Improvement and Evaluation - 10%
  • Establish training surveys, tests, and other evaluation materials.
  • Remains current on training resources, tools, and techniques to create and conduct employee training effectively.
  • Monitor, evaluate, and contribute to developing and improving processes, systems, and tools.
  • Review relevant training materials to stay abreast of current technology and methods for cost-effectively meeting training needs.
  • Utilize and leverage the Learning Management System (LMS) to track development, monitor key metrics, and provide learning insights based on trend analysis 10

Knowledge/Skill Requirements
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple competing priorities and deadlines with attention to detail.
  • Intellectual curiosity with a process improvement mindset.
  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills.
  • Ability to prepare compelling presentations to convey talent management information to HRBP’s and business.
  • Ability to develop influential relationships with HRBP’s, global leaders, and employees that will inspire them to see your consultation and partnership.
  • Demonstrated success in project and program management experience.
  • Must possess the ability to run and analyze HR reports and data; analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Effective oral and written communications skills.
  • Positive attitude with a customer service spirit.
  • Demonstrates initiative and ownership of projects
  • Self-motivated with strong interpersonal, persuasion, and facilitation skills with people of different levels, backgrounds, and personality styles.
  • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
  • Experience creating and executing learning strategies
  • Exercises judgment and discretion in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria

Education/Experience Requirements:
  • Requires 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree; or a PhD without experience; or equivalent work experience.
  • Experience with a strategic focus on Talent Management and/or Organizational Development along with demonstrated skill with adult learning techniques, instructional design, presentation, facilitation, and consultation skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in organizational development, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Organizational Leadership, Human Resources, Business Administration.
