Job Title:HR Solutions Intern
Location: Levy Home Office-980 N. Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL
Hybrid: Tuesday thru Thursday in office | Monday and Friday Remote
Timeframe: 10 weeks beginning June 4 thru August 10
Job Description: As an HR Solutions Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting the VP of HR Solutions in various aspects of HR project management, process optimization, and stakeholder engagement. This internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR. This is a project-based internship, with leadership development workshops, Chicago outings and networking opportunities.
* Analyze HR processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Collaborate with different teams to simplify HR procedures.
* Assist in managing HR projects from start to finish.
* Build relationships with senior leaders and department heads.
* Ensure clear communication plans for HR initiatives.
* Track project progress against established goals.
* Partner with colleagues for best practices.
* Take on other assigned tasks.

* This is a paid internship, but not eligible for benefits such as medical, relocation, or housing.
* Must be enrolled in a college/university or technical program to receive college credit
