Are you ready to join the HR Service Delivery team and be a part of the Global HR Operations team within People Services? The time is now! We are hiring for a HR Operations Analyst.
What you’ll do:
Work across regional Service Delivery teams to plan for and support workload that iscyclical, complex, ad hoc, urgent, high volume or absence related
Collaborate with regional Service Delivery teams to assist with escalation management, particularly root cause analysis and action planning
Work across regional Service Delivery teams to regulate and assist in the creation/ongoing maintenance of SOPs and adherence to key controls
Partner with regional People Services/wider HR to operationalize initiatives involving multiple HR teams and impacting multiple EMEA markets
Communicate issues, expectations, deliverables, and key milestones across functional areas
Support wider global Ops teams (Strategy & Programs and Projects & Process Improvement) to identify, support and rollout change programs & improvements
Partner across locations to drive consistency, best practice sharing, and program implementation across the network (e.g. Employee Onboarding)
Act as a regional support for core Service Delivery technology; Service Now, Workday & Portal
Collaborate with Service Delivery Hubs (EMEA & Global) to identify, transfer and stabilize work that can be delivered by Hubs
Conduct analysis and lead the efforts with the broader HR support network to minimize errors and reduce demand failures and waste leading to negative employee experience impacts
Reduce employee contacts through analysis of demand and usage of employee self-service content
Participate in projects as a regional expert through requirement gathering, design, testing, training, communications and reporting

2+ years relevant experience
Starting pay for this role will vary based on multiple factors, including location, available budget, and an individual’s knowledge, skills, and experience. Pay ranges may be modified in the future.
