Job Duties
- Recruit, hire, train, schedule, and supervise bar service staff
- Oversee beverage and supply inventories
- Order product and supplies weekly
- Ensure all drinks are prepared per standardized recipes and presentation standards
- Resolve any beverage quality and service complaints
- Implement standards for employee performance and guest service
- Ensure the safety of restaurant staff and guests
- Oversee the day to day operations of the restaurant
- Ensure beverage product is stored safely and rotated
- Maintain records, such as personnel records, income/expense reports, meal counts
- Ensure that the dining room and bars are clean
