The Manager of Human Resources will have a passion to serve TRIUN3 clients by providing human capital management. This position will be a hands-on player / coach leading the Human Resources function including employee administration, benefits, compliance, recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, wellness, performance management. The HR Manager will work closely with the Strategic Leadership Team of TRIUN3 and its clients to drive initiatives around culture and people who execute upon the Vision and Mission of the organization.
Responsibilities:
· Provide leadership and direction to the Human Resources function
· Develop and implement HR initiatives in line with client objectives
· Provide administrative leadership to the human resources management system (HRMS)
· Review and update employee policies and handbook and ensure client compliance
· Perform annual compensation and benefits evaluation as well as facilitate renewal and open enrollment process seeking opportunities to optimize cost while offering a competitive comp & benefits package
· Recruit and onboard employees based on need as well as develop pipeline of talent to address future positions anticipated
· Complete annual employee satisfaction survey and identify and deliver on strategies and actions developed based on feedback received
· Lead performance management process including annual performance reviews and employee development plans to ensure employees continue to grow
· Deliver wellness initiatives that ensure optimal health of employees
· Perform systems / process evaluation, recommend, and implement enhancements where appropriate to continually improve departmental efficiency to enable scale
· Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal agencies impacting the organization
· Manage HR vendor contracts, relationships, and other key external partners
· Prepare reports and analysis as requested
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Minimum Bachelor’s Degree required
· Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) or Society of Human Resources (SHRM) strongly preferred
· At least three to seven (3-7) years’ experience
· Strong communications skills, including the ability to listen and respond to the needs of others
· In-depth knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
· Employee Relations focus with the ability to remain calm in stressful situations and effectively manage conflict
· Strong morals and ethics exercising sound judgement
· Strong process and systems skills to drive new initiatives to enable scale
· Customer service mentality with internal and external stakeholders
· Able to work independently in a collaborative environment
· Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively with attention to detail
· Aligned to the Vision and Mission of the organization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
