As the Manager, HR Business Partner - Global Marketingyou will be responsible for providing a broad spectrum of strategic HR expertise and business leadership solutions for the Global Marketing Organization focusing on Business Partnership and strategic support to the Global Marketing Team. You will drive the HR elements of the business strategy by planning, developing and implementing key HR initiatives that support the business to grow, increase productivity, capability and employee effectiveness.
You will be expected to establish trusted relationships with leaders by truly understanding the business and aligning human resources programs to credibly enable key initiatives across the Commercial organization.
This position is on-site in Racine, Wisconsin.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Trusted strategic partnership with key senior leadership to define and execute business strategies and solutions that enable alignment and growth.
- Provide objective perspective in solving business issues through insight regarding people and organization dynamics and implementing sustainable solutions.
- Partner with Global Marketing Team to maximize organization effectiveness; leverage expertise in organization design, change management, employee development, workforce planning and change management to ensure optimization of employee skills and potential.
- Develop in-depth strategic and operational business knowledge to build strong partnerships with Global Marketing team.
- Ensure alignment of all HR-related business processes focused on meeting strategic and operating goals through positive employee relations, recruitment, onboarding and retention activities.
- Deep understanding of business strategies and initiatives to partner with senior leaders to develop HR plans that support said strategy and initiatives
- Lead the talent management and succession planning processes for Global Marketing; partner with the HR Centers of Excellence to implement processes that enable the right development and movement of talent across Global Marketing teams.
- Lead the annual HR processes including merit review, PMP, etc.
- Drive and assess the effectiveness of performance management and goal setting, including professional and leadership development initiatives.
- Champion the Commercial Career Path strategy and execution in partnership with the NA HRBP team.
- Partner with Global Marketing GEOS champions to help develop and deliver the GEOS strategy.
- Act as key strategic partner to help drive and improve the NA/Global rotational program process for Directors/SRD and Managers and below.
- Partner with L&D to maintain the overall Marketer of the Future program in alignment with CMO/Leadership and Global Marketing strategy.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE YOU'LL BRING
- Bachelor's degree required and a minimum of 5 years of Human Resources Generalist experience
- Minimum of two years experience in consumer goods industry
PREFERRED EXPERIENCES AND SKILLS
- Minimum of three years of experience interacting in a regional and cross functional capacity.
- Proficient with MS Office and Workday or similar HR system.
- Ability to collaborate across different levels of the hierarchy, including senior levels of leadership.
- Ability to provide constructive and developmental feedback and coaching.
- Problem-solving and decision-making with stakeholder alignment.
- Highly organized, flexible, willing to make decisions and able to quickly adapt based on
