Cognizant Technology Solutions is currently seeking a highly skilled SAP HR Functional Architect - Senior Manager who will be catering to the North America customers and involves supporting proactive and reactive business opportunities such as managed services and transformation. The individual will be closely working with our onsite sales / delivery teams, and participate in solution discussions, and workshops.

Location: Baldwin, WI. Remote may be possible.
Duration: Full Time only - Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Role Summary:

• Lead Technical architecture analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services under SAP ecosystems
• Craft new solution extensions based on customer requirements
• Provide architecture and design guidance to the functional and development team to develop configure and implement the solution as per the product development standards to meet business requirements
• Supervise the work of the functional and technical teams

Role Qualifications:

• 12+ years of IT experience, including considerable SAP HR/HCM functional experience
• Technical architecture experience including analysis, research, design and development of new functionality and integration with key applications and services within SAP ecosystems
• Certified QM Professional
• Prior experience with SAP HR - United Kingdom Gross Payroll preferred

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
