Job Description
Responsibilities :
- This person will function as an HRBP when it comes to benefits, payroll, etc.
- When workday upgrades are released they will be responsible for accepting or rejecting the and updating the software as needed. If an update comes out that they skip then they must manually update it or use the automatic update before the next one will be compatible
- They will report to an HR manager and work with the finance technology team
- They will not be pulling or running reports as they already have people responsible for this on the team
- Strong experience as an HR generalist 3+ years
- Technical abilities to configure/code Workday HCM and Workday Finance
- Great communication skills
- Ideally enterprise-level experience with applicable databases such as Oracle, Microsoft SQL, IBM, and others.
- Willingness to go on site in Warren, NJ 2-3 times per week.
- HRBP Certification
- Workday Certification or training
- Experience with an implementation
