We are seeking an HR Generalist to join our dynamic team. This position is a hybrid schedule with two days remote.
Responsibilities can include:
- Develop strong partnerships with assigned client and business groups and be their trusted advisor to address key business priorities and challenges.
- Assist with administrative tasks.
- Provide guidance and advice on HR policies and people processes.
- Oversee and provide direction on performance management initiatives, career pathing, and succession planning.
- Drive key leadership development program in line with the corporate program as identified by the core team.
- Drive employee engagement by developing various initiatives and programs.
- Collaborate with broader HR practice area teams to provide timely insights and feedback to improve HR processes.
- Provide HR compliance direction to internal consulting team as well as client leadership teams.
This role requires excellent interpersonal skills and experience with client management and development on all levels of the organization as it relates to the client’s organization as well as Quantum internal organization.
Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
HR Experience
Experience in transitioning HR technology functions
Proven consulting skills with extensive experience interacting with senior leadership across organization.
Detail oriented with meticulous organizational skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
SHRM certification helpful but not necessary
Payroll and OD knowledge helpful but not required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
