What you’ll do:

This is a new position to add to our growing HR Team!

• Primary responsibility for leave administration (FMLA, WC, disability)
• Employee relations
• Payroll processing
• Orientation support
• Training development and delivery (both group and individual training)
• Reporting and data entry
• HRIS support, including employee training and vendor relations
• And much more!

Compensation:

$31.25 per hour

Qualifications:

• At least two years’ experience in HR required, non-profit HR experience preferred
• Strong leave management experience required
• HRIS experience strongly preferred (UKG and iSolved a plus)
• Bilingual a plus

Pay: $31.25 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

• Human resources: 2 years (Preferred)
