What you’ll do:
This is a new position to add to our growing HR Team!
- Primary responsibility for leave administration (FMLA, WC, disability)
- Employee relations
- Payroll processing
- Orientation support
- Training development and delivery (both group and individual training)
- Reporting and data entry
- HRIS support, including employee training and vendor relations
- And much more!
Compensation:
$31.25 per hour
Qualifications:
- At least two years’ experience in HR required, non-profit HR experience preferred
- Strong leave management experience required
- HRIS experience strongly preferred (UKG and iSolved a plus)
- Bilingual a plus
