Job Description
Heeter has experienced significant growth and our HR team structure is evolving to meet our business needs. We are now adding an HR Generalist to focus on improving Heeter business practices and people strategy through performance, culture, employee development programs and processes that support employees and leadership.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years in a similar role delivering results in the functional areas of:
Employee Relations and Performance Management:
- Manage existing performance process to continually service employees and their career growth.
- Aligning strategic business goals to succession planning, leader and performance coaching programs.
- Manage employee concerns and resolution process.
- Build a Job Apprentice / Internship program.
Culture and Development:
- Build Business Analytics Dashboard supporting EOS Traction goals.
- Maintain and grow employee recognition and celebration events.
- Support H2B integration into the workforce.
- Onboarding of new hires and creation of new hire training plans.
HR Strategic growth through:
- Managing business needs through alignment to business policies, processes and best practices.
- Participation in the ongoing needs of leadership development.
As a member of our HR team you will:
- Build trusting and supportive relationships with HR peers, Internal Leadership and external partners;
- Demonstrate ability to effectively manage employee relations concerns and bring to positive resolution;
- Be solution oriented with the ability to clearly and concisely manage communications with employees and leaders;
- Be a problem solving, supportive resource with a client service mindset;
- Have the ability to “roll up your sleeves” and operate both tactically and strategically;
- Travel regularly, up to 30 %, visiting business units in Cleveland and Duquesne, PA.
