Job Title: HR Generalist,
Location: Delta Pennsylvania 17314 (2 days Onsite)
Duration: 12 months possible extension
JOB SCOPE
• Will assist the HR Department with various projects related to Benefits Administration, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety Programs, etc. Will provide direct support to the HR Director. Minimum of a bachelor's degree in human resources or related field. Must have a minimum of 2-4 years' experience in any HR related field based on position. To support the HR Director with various HR Generalist duties ranging from Benefits, Recruiting, Compensation, Safety, etc. Will be brought in to Augment the current HR Staff with special project or peak time of need.
Requirement:
Looking for HR generalist who can handle administrative side of HR.
Handle various priorities and deadlines.
Someone who has degree and some HR experience (1-2years) and has the right attitude and someone who is willing to be trained.
MS Office. PowerPoint, Word. Excel spreadsheets (Nice to have.)
Able to represent themselves.
Hybrid Position. 2 days in the Office. Once he/she catches speed it will be turning out to 1 day. More opportunities for remote work.
Hopefully turning out to be a Full-time role.
Bachelors is Highly preferred. Any Bachelors, HR, Communications degree is good.
Administrative Tasks:
Uploading docs, Data -Entry. Have coaching discussions with managers. They will part of audits. Teach other employees to use HR Systems. Working on policies and procedure. Interact with new hires. Going to Career fairs to nearby Universities.

Pay Range*:<$26.00 - $28.00 Per Hour>
