Job Summary: This position is responsible for organizing and administering HR benefits, recordkeeping, and recruiting while working closely with the VP of HR on other human resource initiatives.

Essential Duties:

• Assists company in carrying out various Human Resource programs and procedures.
• Schedules and conducts interviews as needed.
• Facilitates all on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
• Responsible for developing and leading Wellness initiatives.
• Performs all benefits administration duties.
• Maintains all Human Resource records and compiles reports as needed.
• Maintain updated employee information in HR software.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting program.
• Provides project management support for various HR projects.
• Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Education – bachelor's degree or Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred. 7-10 years prior experience or training in Human Resource work is strongly recommended.

Physical Environments:

• Noise levels are low to high at times.

• Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
• Mostly office work but may occasionally require the ability to walk the facility and property.
