Job Summary: This position is responsible for organizing and administering HR benefits, recordkeeping, and recruiting while working closely with the VP of HR on other human resource initiatives.

Essential Duties:
- Assists company in carrying out various Human Resource programs and procedures.
- Schedules and conducts interviews as needed.
- Facilitates all on-boarding and off-boarding processes.
- Responsible for developing and leading Wellness initiatives.
- Performs all benefits administration duties.
- Maintains all Human Resource records and compiles reports as needed.
- Maintain updated employee information in HR software.
- Develop and maintain a comprehensive recruiting program.
- Provides project management support for various HR projects.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and local HR regulations.
- Performs other related duties as required and assigned.

Education and Experience:
- Education – bachelor's degree or Professional in Human Resources certification is preferred. 7-10 years prior experience or training in Human Resource work is strongly recommended.
Physical Environments:
- Noise levels are low to high at times.
- Must be able to occasionally lift and or move up to 20 pounds.
- Mostly office work but may occasionally require the ability to walk the facility and property.
