Job Description
Ultimate Sustainability (US) an innovative community support service provider for young adults with Autism and related conditions, is looking to add energetic, positive and motivated professionals to our team! As an Office Administrator, you will provide a person-centered approach while doing the following duties:
- Overall management of the office space at 3 locations - Shakopee, Chanhassen, and Plymouth.
- Overall management of the program operations which include updating and maintaining participants and employees files.
- Interviewing and onboarding new employment candidates
- Collaboration with program lead and management team to produce weekly activities calendars.
- Schedule meetings for participants and staff.
- Ordering and maintaining office supplies
- Other administrative duties as assigned.
This is an on-site position and requires travel to the other office locations at times, but some work may be performed from remotely. Candidate must have a valid drivers license and previous administrator assistant experience.
