Responsibilities:
HR Generalist Functions:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to new hire orientation.
Maintain and update HR records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
Coordinate and participate in employee engagement initiatives.
Address employee queries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR programs and policies.
Payroll Specialist Functions:
Gather, organize, and maintain accurate payroll records.
Process payroll in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring adherence to legal and company requirements.
Collaborate with finance to reconcile payroll discrepancies.
Stay informed about changes in tax and labor laws affecting payroll processing.
Process and maintain employee benefits and deductions accurately.
General Responsibilities:
Efficiently process information from multiple sources to support HR and payroll functions.
Utilize computer applications, including MS Office Suite, for payroll processing and data management.
Assist in coordinating company events, such as tradeshows and community activities.
Actively participate in employee safety programs, tracking, and reporting.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Proven experience as an HR Generalist and Payroll Specialist.
In-depth knowledge of HR policies, practices, and employment laws.
Proficiency in payroll processing, including understanding related HR processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
