We are seeking a highly motivated Human Resources Generalist to join our team! As an HR Generalist, you will play a key role in supporting our organization's HR functions.
Position Overview: The Human Resource Generalist is responsible for performing HR-related duties and works closely with the HR team in supporting designated manufacturing locations. This position carries out responsibilities in the following functional areas: benefits administration, onboarding/offboarding, leave management and other HR sensitive matters.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the processing of all leaves to ensure proper documentation is received and sent in compliance with all applicable federal and state laws
- Executes process improvement to ensure the best employee experience
- Assist with electronic processes and implement electronic filing for the HR team
- Conduct recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, resume screening, and interviews
- Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with legal requirements
- Handle employee inquiries and provide guidance on HR-related matters
Required Qualifications and Skills:
- Comfort level of HRIS systems and proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- 3-5 years of direct Human Resources experience
- Recruitment experience is a must
- Benefits administration
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or similar role
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to maintain confidentiality
- Positive personality and ability to work with diverse groups of professionals
- Must have good organizational skills and be able to work in a fast-paced office
- Must be able to work independently
