JOB SUMMARY
As an HR Generalist, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of our human resources department. Responsibilities span various crucial domains, including benefits, recruiting, event coordination, and general HR functions.
DUTIES & ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
• Assists the Benefits Manager with the following:
o FMLA and other leave administration.
o Support Open Enrollment, Affordable Care Act reporting, year-end processes, and audits.
• Coordinates company events such as the annual Holiday Party, Fall Festival, etc.
• Assist in executing HR processes and policies, providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
•Ensures legal compliance with HR state and federal regulations and applicable employment laws and updates policies and/or procedures as required.
•Conducts New Hire Orientation for office personnel.
• Coordinates all random drug testing.
• Administers the Anniversary Gift program.
• Administers the Tuition Reimbursement program.
• Supports the Talent Acquisition team with various administrative tasks
• Performs other work-related duties and special projects as assigned.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
• At least three years experience in an HR role.
• Must have PC experience in Windows environments, proficient in using Microsoft Suite.
• College Degree in Human Resources or equivalent.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
• Experienced in benefits administration.
• Experience with the recruiting process.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Smartsheet.
