Human Resource GeneralistEssential Duties and Responsibilities: Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the ATS (Greenhouse).Manage the offer letter process.Assist with reference checks.Schedule and manage the interview process.Track the employee referrals.Send out monthly list of current open jobs.Assists in ensuring compliance with DPH and JCAHO standards in maintenance of personnel records and employee health files.Assists the HR Director with recruitment of new staff, i.e. preparing for job fairs, placing newspaper ads, maintaining website job postings and conducting background inquiries, as requested.Other responsibilities as assigned.Experience/Education:1 - 3 years of related experience in recruiting and staffing, preferably in a fast-paced Human Resources department.Skills/Abilities:Intermediate to advanced computer skills with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook calendar management.Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to prioritize and multi-task; evidence of deadline orientation and time management skills.Ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion and exude highest level of professionalism.Commitment to excellence and high standards.Ability to work with all levels of management.Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative and results driven environment.Excellent client service orientation.A high level of organization and a thorough attention to detail.Demonstrated ability to support a team.Driven, resourcefulness, and assertiveness.Must be fully vaccinated against COVID prior to your start date and provide proof of your full vaccination on your date of hire.
