Job DescriptionForbes Marketplace is hiring! We are looking for an HR coordinator to join our all star Human Resources team. Reporting into the Director of People Operations, you would be responsible for assisting the HR department with ongoing projects including benefits administration, payrolling and HRIS responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the relationship with our Benefit Broker
- Conduct annual open enrollment
- Determine benefit eligibility, disseminate written and verbal benefits information to employees and maintain employee benefit records.
- Assist HR department with ongoing projects
- Research and resolve benefit and payroll issues promptly, professionally
- Review and reconcile monthly health insurance benefit invoices and prepare for payment.
- Research and apply all health insurance and payroll law changes and regulations.
- Assist with or create miscellaneous adhoc reports
- Participate in the development and execution of benefit related programs.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in HR/benefits administration
- Intermediate to advance skill level with Microsoft Excel.
- Experience working with HRIS, UKG preferred.
- Organizational and time management skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Any equivalent combination of training, education or experience that meets the minimum qualifications
