Ready to elevate your HR career? Join one of our clients as an HR Coordinatorand lead their recruitment initiatives to new heights! Our client is seeking a passionate recruiter and HR Coordinator to evaluate their HR career and unlock their potential to endless opportunities.
This role reports to the Sr. HR Manager and will provide key HR support to their Warehouse and Human Resources Departments. This a Monday to Friday onsite role with flexible transition into a 2-day hybrid position, after completion of training and direct hire placement. Schedule is flexible between an 8:30 AM - 4:30 PM or 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM.

Essential Functions
- Experience sourcing candidates and supporting recruitment within a warehouse and office environment.
- Responsible for the coordination and delivery of onboarding process, new hire orientation and training
- Establish and maintain an effective and credible relationship with both hiring managers and employees; work closely with supervisors to provide support, planning and problem solving; foster open communication with business partners and employee population; answering HR related inquiries in a timely manner.
- Work with Senior HR Manager to provide administrative support including payroll, corporate /office memos, onboarding, training, etc.
- Manage and coordinate report generation from ADP (HRIS System); ensure the up-to-date accuracy of employee information within ADP HRIS System.
- Ensure regulatory compliance in HR initiatives; assist with ad hoc project as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual -Fluent- English/Spanish is required. (Talking, Writing, Reading)
- Recruiting experience is required.
- Payroll experience / knowledge is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail, organizational and time management skills.
- Experience with ADP preferred.
- Demonstrated computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Pay $25 hour
