Bilingual Hr Coordinator

Looking to join a fun and outgoing team?! Here at Carlo's Bakery, we are looking for a bilingual HR coordinator to assist our HR team with day-to-day administrative, recruiting, and generalist tasks. This is an opportunity for an individual who has strong organizational skills, administrative experience, Microsoft Office knowledge, and a drive to pursue a career in Human Resources!

Performance Responsibilities:

• Assist in the day to day operations of the HR Department.
• Work closely with both the generalist and recruiter.
• Provide operations support on issues such as talent and performance management and employment law.
• Assist with the recruiting and onboarding/offboarding process.
• Assist Store Managers with job openings by posting and pre-screening candidates.
• Assist with posting jobs, screening candidates and scheduling interviews.
• Provide timely assistance to employees regarding benefits and Human Resource related questions.
• Maintains and processes all Unemployment Notices of Entitlement and potential charges in a timely, efficient manner.
• Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment and benefits laws and regulations.
• Ensures compliance with USCIS Form I-9 Employment Eligibility Verification; Periodically audits Forms I-9
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of HR experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, follow-up, problem solving and creative thinking skills.
• Experience with Paychex Flex and Indeed are preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills, ability to multi-task with attention to detail.
• Proficient with MS Word & Excel.
• Prior retail/restaurant/food industry recruitment experience preferred.
• Self-motivated, team player with excellent people skills.
• Passion and excitement for Recruitment.
• High level of discretion with confidential material.
• Spanish speaking is a must!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $55,000.00 per year
